Buñuelos (cheese balls)

SPANISH VERSION:
Ingredientes:
1 KILO DE QUESO COLOMBIANO
1 KILO DE "BUÑUELINA"
100 GRS DE AZUCAR
40 GRS DE POLVO DE HORNEAR 
3 HUEVOS

1 UNA CUCHARADA DE SAL
1 LITRO DE ACEITE

Preparacion:
MOLER EL QUESO,REVOLVER CON EL RESTO DE INGREDIENTES SECOS
AGREGAR LOS HUEVOS, AMASAR HASTA LOGRAR UNA MASA NI MUY SUAVE NI MUY DURA
HACER BOLITAS TAMANA PALMA DE MANO
CALENTAR EL ACEITE 150-180 GRADOS DE CALOR. FRITAR LAS BOLITAS POR LO MENOS 15 MINUTOS, ELLAS SE COCINAN Y SE VOLTEAN SOLAS...


SACARLAS DEL ACEITE Y PONERLAS A ESCURRIR SOBRE UN PLATO CUBIERTO CON PAPEL DE COCINA.
LISTAS PARA SERVIR. BUEN PROVECHO


ENGLISH VERSION
Ingredients:
HALF OF POUND OF GRATED COLOMBIAN CHEESE
HALF OF POUND OF "BUÑUELINA" (YOU CAN FIND IT IN ANY COLOMBIAN MINI-MARKET)
100 GRS OF WHITE SUGAR
40 GRS OF BAKING SODA
3 EGGS

1 TABLEPOON OF SALT
1 LITER OF VEGETABLE OIL

Preparation:
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTES USING YOUR CLEAN HANDS UNTIL SOFT DOUGH IS OBTAINED

FORM BALLS USING YOUR HANDS
IN A DEEP POT, HEAT THE VEGETABLE OIL (VERY HOT), LET THEM FRY FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN (NO NEED TO TURN, THEY WILL TURN BY THEIRSELVES)

REMOVE FROM THE OIL AND DRAIN ON A PLATE LINED WITH PAPER TOWELS.
READY TO SERVE. ENJOY IT
